~ Newly opened September 15, 2025 ~ The Palo Verde is ideal if you’re visiting for a longer stay and enjoy Southwest architecture, local history, and plenty of outdoor space.
The founders of Hoosier Hot Springs, H.B. Lotz (Harold) and his wife Jennie, moved to Truth or Consequences (then named “Hot Springs”) from Indiana. The Palo Verde Suite was their private apartment for decades, and at one time connected to original Office (now the Ash Suite.)
What we love most about The Palo Verde Suite:
Morning coffee on the sunny back patio, people-watching over cocktails in the shade of the portal along Austin Street, and entertaining in the spacious kitchen and living room area.
